At Titan Endurance, we take pride in offering high-quality, durable timepieces. We aim to deliver your purchase swiftly and efficiently, ensuring all watches are securely packaged for safe transit and handled by professional third-party delivery services.

We partner with multiple delivery specialists to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This may result in separate shipments for your order from different partners. Please note, shipping costs are calculated per shipment based on the warehouse location of your items. Delivery speed may vary depending on product availability, proximity to major cities, and the type of watch. You can view estimated delivery times on each product page to assist in your purchase decision.

You may enter your zip code on any product page to check if we deliver to your area. If we currently don’t serve your location, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media for updates on new delivery zones.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm, with limited Saturday deliveries in select cities. If you’re interested in a Saturday delivery, please contact us before your order is processed. Note that not all requests can be accommodated.

Before placing your order, please ensure the package can fit through your doors, staircases, and elevators. The dimensions of both the product and its packaging are available on our website. If a delivery fails due to access restrictions, additional charges may apply.

While we can ship to freight forwarders, Titan Endurance is not liable for any issues once your package is in their possession.

Shipping Fee & Locations

We offer free shipping on shipments with a subtotal of $79 or more.

Shipping fees are charged per shipment, not per order, with flat rates based on shipment value and delivery location.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the subtotal of your order, with the total fees clearly displayed during checkout once all required shipments have been processed.

How long do I have to return my item?

Select items can be returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt. Custom orders cannot be returned but may be canceled within two business days after the order is placed

Returns and Resolution Right

1.1. In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 30 days (including weekends and holidays) from the date the items are delivered to the specified address to cancel the contract without providing a reason and without any penalty.

1.2. The rights mentioned in the previous clause must be exercised by the customer by filling out the cancellation form available on our website (in compliance with legal requirements), which can be found below.

1.2.1. Alternatively, the customer may contact our customer support team for assistance in completing the cancellation form. The completed form will then be emailed to the customer, who should return it to Titan Endurance’s email after confirming all details, including the customer’s intent to cancel.

1.3. If the customer exercises their right to cancel, they must, at their own expense, return the product(s) in the same condition as received, including any warranty certificates, instruction manuals, packaging, accessories, and the purchase receipt, to one of our designated return points.

1.3.1. Our customer support team will provide the customer with information about the available return points.

1.3.2. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage, in which case Titan Endurance will cover the cost of return shipping.

1.4. All items accompanying the product (including packaging and accessories) are essential for returns or exchanges. The warranty certificate and the purchase receipt are required to exercise rights under consumer protection laws or any voluntary manufacturer warranties.

1.5. If the customer intends to exercise their right to cancel in accordance with clauses 1.1 and 1.2 but does not return the products within 30 days from the date of receipt, the cancellation will be void, and the payment for the product(s) will not be refunded. This also applies if all elements outlined in 1.3 are not returned in perfect condition.

1.6. Once the returned products are received, Titan Endurance technicians will inspect them and verify the return of all necessary components outlined in 1.3.

1.7. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage (including but not limited to scratches, impacts, signs of falls, abrasions, or evidence of moisture in non-water-resistant products), or if the security seal has been broken. In these cases, Titan Endurance will not issue a refund and will return the products to the customer in the same condition in which they were received.

1.8. Personalized products made to the customer’s specifications are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

1.9. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of bracelets that show signs of use. In such cases, the cost of the bracelet will be deducted from the refund amount.

1.10. After inspection by Titan Endurance technicians, if the returned product(s) meet the conditions mentioned above, the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the date Titan Endurance receives the cancellation notification (as referenced in 1.2) or the date the product was returned, whichever occurs later.

1.11. Refunds will be processed automatically to ensure quick and efficient returns, and will be issued via the same payment method used during the original purchase:

  • Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal: The refunded amount will be automatically credited to the credit card or PayPal account used during the initial transaction.
